Gentle Dental welcomes Dr. Ryan Etue, D.M.D., to the staff of its Everett office, located in Everett, WA.

Dr. Etue practices general dentistry, with the qualification to administer conscious sedation. This method of dental care allows patients to remain somewhat responsive during a procedure, while minimizing the pain and discomfort usually involved with other sedatives.

Dr. Etue attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate studies, and received his dentistry degree from Nova Southeastern. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the American Dental Anesthesia Society. In 2008 and 2009, Dr. Etue received an award for his volume of work contributed to Dentistry from the Heart, a non-profit organization that provides free dental care to those in need.

What Dr. Etue enjoys most about his profession is the challenge of curing dental anxiety in even the most fearful of patients. He has a desire to treat and care for patients in a warm atmosphere, and welcomes new patients to visit him at Gentle Dental Everett.

Gentle Dental Welcomes Dr. Monisha Gagneja

Gentle Dental announced today that Dr. Monisha Gagneja, Pedodontist, has joined the staff at its Cascade Park and Vancouver Mall offices, both located in Vancouver, Washington.

Dr. Gagneja received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Punjabi University, in India, and her Postgraduate Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at OHSU. Her research into dental science has been published in industry journals and presented at several major conferences.

Dr. Gagneja is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Oregon Dental Association, Oregon Association of Pediatric Dentistry, and Washington State Dental Association. In her spare time, Dr. Gagneja volunteers as an Assistant Professor for the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at OHSU. She’s also worked closely with the non-profit organization, Give Kids a Smile, since 2003.

Gentle Dental launched a company-wide program today to raise funds for humanitarian relief efforts in Haiti. Initiated by employees interested in helping victims of the earthquake disaster, this program will support the American Red Cross and make the donation process easily accessible. Gentle Dental announced today that Periodontist Dr. Thomas Eshraghi has joined the staff at their Idylwood Office, located in the city of Salem in Marion County, Oregon.

Dr. Eshraghi specializes in Periodontal gum disease and implants. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University, and both his Doctor of Dental Medicine and Specialty Certificate in Periodontics from Oregon Health & Science University.

Dr. Eshraghi remains affiliated with OHSU as an instructor and actively teaches advanced surgical skills, including implant placement. He believes strongly in the value of his continuing education and knowledge within his specialty. In addition to his own education and teaching others, he routinely volunteers to help dental students.
